The decision last week to place the former Hells Angels hitman on day parole was deemed incorrect by a police informant whose testimony played a significant role in Dean Daniel Kelsie’s imprisonment. Paul Derry, who claims to have known Kelsie since he was six years old, is candid in his evaluation of his friend from before. According to Derry, “He will kill again and that’s not me being scared of anybody or any vendetta against Deano,” during a CBC News interview.
