Following an early-dawn Sunday morning multi-vehicle collision on Highway 401 in Mississauga, one biker has died. The collision happened in the westbound express lanes west of Dixie Road, close to the changeover to the collector lanes, just before 1:30 a.m., according to a post on X by the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP). Five vehicles were involved in the incident, according to OPP’s Nicki Morris, who spoke with the Star. The driver of a motorcycle was declared deceased at the site. THE ARTICLE GOES ON BELOW According to Morris, the accident seems to have started as a rear-end when one car slowed down and got hit by another, starting a chain reaction.
